Insurance

Peaceful River Counseling is an insurance friendly practice. We want therapy to be affordable to you. While we are not in network with any insurance companies we are happy to bill your plan for your out of network benefit. Because of this we can see clients on any insurance plan except medicare and medicaid which do not have an out of network benefit. Most of our clients get between 60-80% of the cost of their sessions paid for. If you would like to instantly check your benefits use our benefits checker tool below! Please note the tool sometimes does not work on phones and you may need to access a computer. We are also happy to take any credit/debit card, HSA, FSA, or clergy pay. If you are an uninsured or self pay client you are entitled to a good faith estimate according to the No Surprises Act. This is an estimate of what you would pay for all service with no insurance help. We provide these to all of our clients before the first paid appointment. We are currently licensed to see anyone in Utah or Idaho. While we are based out of Spanish Fork we can provide virtual sessions across both states. Sessions are conducted through a HIPPA secure platform. We are excited to meet with you!
